- TRANSPORTS INCLUDED
- CAFES AND RESTAURANTS
- SHOPPING DISCOUNTS

How much does the Brussels Card costs ?

Brussels Card - Fantastic value

your passport to seeing more of the city for less of your money

Now three ways to enjoy your stay :

24 H Brussels Card - 24 €
48 H Brussels Card - 36 €

72 H Brussels Card -
43 €

As a general rule, for children below the age of 12 it's not interesting to buy a Brussels Card, from the point of view of saving money. Children get discounts at most museums and attractions (often free access for children up to 5 years and free access or important discounts up to 50% for children between 6 and 12 years old). Also students often benefit of special fees in museums and attractions. Please note that when you decide not to buy a Brussels Card for your children, you'll have to buy them a separate transport ticket if they want to use public transport (transport ticket costs 7 € for 24h / 13 € for 48h / 17 € for 72h / free for children up to 5 years).

Most of the largest museums are closed on Mondays.

Dear Sluf,   Buying the card is cheaper online when we have a promotion going on. It's not the case for the moment, so you will pay the same online as in the tourist office.   Kind regards, Julie Van Muysewinkel - Sales Support Coordinator

Dear Erisilda, The Brussels Card can't be bought in Charleroi, only in our tourist offices in the Brussels city centre (Midi Train Station (till end of April), Grand-Place and BIP). The transportation included in the Brussels Card is only valid for the bus, tramway and metro in the Brussels Region, so not for the transport by train or bus between Charleroi and Brussels. Kind regards, Julie Van Muysewinkel - Sales Support Coordinator

Dear Rocky, Till 31 December you can exchange your Brussels Card voucher in following info points: in the Midi Train Station, in the city hall on Grand Place, in the BIP on the Royal Square. It's not possible to exchange it at the airport. From 1 January the info point of the Midi Train Station will be closed and you'll need to exchange the vouchers in the 2 other info points. I tried to buy 2 Brussels Cards today, but thanks to the misinformation on your homepage I was not able to do so.It says that you can buy the Brussels Card "In all belgian Fnac stores" - but at the Fnac Toison d'Or they don't sell it and they say they have never heard of it.Also, when I looked up the opening times of your desks, it said that the one in the Parliament was open today and only closed on 25/12 and 1/1. But when I went there, I only found a note saying "closed on 21/12".I will definitely spend my money elsewhere ...
