Visitors' satisfaction

This 12-month Visitors' satisfaction barometer gives some highlights of VISITBRUSSELS online satisfaction survey www.visitbrussels.be/qualitydestination  and is part of the Quality Scheme for Brussels tourism. In this way we have the possibility to improve the quality of specific targets. The survey is completed on a voluntary basis. Face-to-face interviews are also done once in a while at random in touristic areas in Brussels,. Therefore, the survey does not at all pretend to be “scientific” or to be a true reflection of what all visitors think or feel about our destination. Nevertheless, we consider it is a useful tool for our future visitors, the tourism professionals in the Brussels Region and the public authorities.
