THE EGG

The EGG is a major communication hub dedicated to Innovation and Creation. The aim of this new congress and events centre is to act as a meeting place for the exchange of creative ideas. The EGG is located next to Brussels-South railway station, an important rail transfer hub between Brussels and Paris-London-Amsterdam-Cologne. The centre brings a blend of post-industrial atmosphere and new technology that takes in 15,000 m2, allowing for several meetings, congresses and exhibitions to be hosted at the same time.

THE COMIC STRIP VILLAGE

The Comic Strip Village is a unique cultural and commercial site that is a celebration of the comic book. On a 1,760 m2 surface area at the Place du Grand Sablon, it includes a newsagent's that specialises in comic strips (BD WORLD SABLON), an art gallery (GALERIE SLOMKA, original drawings by comic strip masters), a restaurant (COMICS CAFE), a salad bar (MADE IN SALAD) and an "ART HOTEL" where the rooms are themed around comic books. The project is rounded out by a "museum" and a PUB consecrated to Captain Haddock. A bronze statue of TINTIN graces the village entrance. The Comics Café sits 150 guests and is able to host an even greater number who are enjoying a walking diner.

LA MAISON DE L'AUTOMOBILE

Located somewhere mid-way between Zaventem National Airport and Brussels city centre, the Maison de l'Automobile is a unique location by dint of its accessibility. Perfectly adapted to host all manner of international congresses, it places a premium on flexibility and personalisation. The premises include 6 conference rooms decked in a contemporary style on the ground floor, fully equipped with the latest state-of-the-art technology. The ultramodern showroom is brightly lit and can be seen all the way down the boulevard. The seventh floor in the top of the building is home to a superb conference room, a press room and a lounge. The entire building is surrounded by a very large panoramic terrace that offers a breathtaking view overlooking verdant Woluwe.
