Brussels is so green that there are not enough adjectives in the dictionary to describe its parks: magnificent, bucolic, astounding, luxuriant, ... As soon as the joys of spring are in the air, every Sunday you will find yourself waiting for a touring prêt-à-manger picnic that will set up shop in a different park each week -baskets filled with organic goodies, napkins, soft drinks and even some classical music to soothe the sense. Don't forget to bring a blanket to catch forty winks ...
